My best lap of the day was 2:06.537, which was good enough for 2nd place in the under class.

Here's a video:

At least you're learning and willing to show your mistakes; that's the first step toward becoming better! I still remember when I almost wrecked my dad's prepped Miata years ago...I still deny pictures of that incident even exist...lol

Edit: It's funny that the white NA Miata in your video looks a lot like my dad's....

Nice video man and so glad that you're alright! And the car too! I'm a newbie myself and we need a learn a lot from the pros.

It's your car that my wife took pics then. Here's one of them. Let me know if you want the rest coz she took quite a few when you off tracked.

Wow that's awesome, can't do anything without getting caught on camera these days . If you have more pictures I'd love to have them, feel free to PM or post more.

I'm now off to wash the car and clean the interior...

Thanks for the vid and amazing job on the laptime! Between you and Robispec there was definitely a clinic in session yesterday

And great meeting all the FR-S/BRZ guys at the event! Great range of experience and cars in attendance and I was personally psyched to see so many show up!

I might get flamed for this but I don't really give a shit. Why are people covering their headlights? I see ppl putting tape all over the place and the only two things I can think of are;

A) Reduce reflective glare for other drivers
B) Protection for rock chips

I do it for rock chips, when you track a lot you tend to be stuck up close behind people and it really tears up the paint/lights. My last car looked pretty rough after 18 months of ownership.

Look for us next time. We brought a ton of extra pads and fluid, expecting this.

I ran a 2:04.xxx in @D1cker's car. I blame the suspension in his car for him getting 2nd in the under class... Robi's car is arguably far more prepped

Sorry for not getting around to meet everyone! I was running on 2 hours of sleep + juggling logistics for FT86Cup + coaching people (first come first serve) + helping our sponsored driver set up his car + (everything else i'm forgetting)

Bedtime now...

Thanks for showing me what my car is capable of. I wasn't able to adjust the setting on my coilover though. It was on the dd setting the whole time. My bad!
