This review is a nice change.. usually when someone has a problem with a vendor its a slash fest and they burn what's left.

I've seen good and bad shops.. once upon a time had a car in for tire mount/balance and the guy tries to tell me that the brakes (newly installed cosworth 4pot front, rear converted to disks from drums) on my Merkur were all bad and needed to be replaced. .. with a little laugh I told the guy to put my tires on and get my car off his lift so I could pay him and be on my way. It was a bit disheartening to see that they were trying to pull this stuff on people. I can only wonder what might have happened to someone who didn't know their car inside and out.

good you got it squared away man, enjoy the new sneakers!

Same here, been with DTC for 6 years and have never treated a customer that way. I was trained to always delight the customer because that's how a good business should run.

I've bought tires from Discount Tire via mail order for my JK and never had a problem. Always great customer service!
