How would the s2000 compare to a SuperCharged Miata with sway bars?
Never been in a S2000 but I like that car a lot.

"if Formula One engineers built a sports car. Well, they did, and it's Honda's new S2000."

I sold mine only for the fact that i was cramped in the seats, i'm well over 6' and put up with it for 4 years. Stock for stock i'd say from my test drive the FRS given great tires and some power (not much) could compete with a bone stock S2K. that being said, to sit comfortably in something that small was a great achievement for toyota.
my bad on the engine size i had the 2.5 boxer on my brain from having a convo with fellow techs at work and yes the redline is 8,800 but dosn't cut out till 9k-9,100 not possitive havent driven the car for almost 5 months due to weather in ohio >.<, been really busy working 55 hours every week and going to school for 20 ontop of that /sigh.

The sarcasm got lost. Canyoncarver also seems to be unaware of the variants of the F20C/F20C.

AP2 04-09:The AP2 also included the introduction of a larger version of the F20C for the North American market. Designated F22C1, the engine's stroke was lengthened, increasing its displacement to 2,157 cc (132 cu in). At the same time, the redline was reduced from 8,800 rpm to 8,000 rpm with a cutout at 8,200 rpm, mandated by the longer travel of the pistons. Peak torque increased 6% to 162 lbf·ft (220 N·m) at 6,800 rpm while power output was reduced to 237 hp (177 kW) at a lower 7,800 rpm.

after checking the new car sticker on mine it was some how rated at the 250HP range not sure why as it seems most here in the USA were the 240hp....?

Completely subjective. Who cares about WHP? I only care about my gain vs my own baseline.

I've had my car read as high as 240whp, and as low as 180whp, depending on the dyno
