Great looking car. If it is better than the old Cayman, this will be epic.

Side profile looks like an FRS (Yes, yes, the Cayman came first and I should say that the 86 looks like the Cayman, not the other way around) and looks like what the FR-S can evolve into for the next generation.

I have not really liked the looks of the 911 since they changed it in 2000. I love the looks of the new Cayman from all angles except the rear.

Why does ANYONE bother with a 911 anymore? This car is better looking with an infinitely more capable chassis. It's just beautiful!

Yeah this is rad. Because the previous generation Caymans are coming down in price some more. Woohoo!

This is ridiculous. How many more generations before Porsche just bites the bullet and makes a backseatless, mid-engine 911? Right now they're just making the car longer to move the engine towards the middle.

LOL. I'm grateful for the FR-S because I no longer have to try and figure out how I can justify buying a Cayman.

This is my attainable dream car even though I'm not crazy about the rear end. I would take it over a 911 anyday.

Porsche is notorious for being able to double the price of the car using options. What's annoying is they put things that you would assume should be standard on an 80k vehicle as options. But when you're Porsche you can get away with things like that :P

$600 for a 6CD changer? Fuck you, that came standard on a $25K car 10 years ago. It seems all the Germans do it (at least Porsche and BMW) though.

I was looking into an older Cayman S before acquiring the BRZ; price wasn't unreasonable but 60K miles and the associated repair bills at that mileage shied me away.

Do you think Porsches intended market really cares about the price of options? If they want something for their $70K weekend driver they can afford it. No porsche is a financially justifiable option, but you arent buying it to think about squeezing pennies.

Cayman is super capable but a 911 is a 911.
