Coming from experience, you'll end up paying that much just to have a shitty replica made to fit like the original. Things are cheap for a reason...shitty material, poor fit, etc. From what I've read, the RB kit is made to be an exact stock replacement.

Shine aero makes kits that fit excellent. If they produced it I bet it would be under 3k shipped and would for 95% perfectly.

The whole kit dose not include the wing. If we include the wing and shipping.

TOTAL is $7,000 shipped, Japan parts is still cheaper then bulletproof automotive by $3000 total though.

I have seen people use replica kits in the past and even have some body shop friends who deal with them all the time. It always take more time and money to fit them. Even the good ones take extra money.

I had an xA and bought a fabolous replica kit it was such a huge pain in the ass and the only reason it didnt cost me a ton of cash is me and my buddy did the work at his shop. He was ready to kill me.

Its like anything some people will have good luck and good experiences others not so much.

I bought a replica kit when I was young and knew everything, and for all the money I had to spend massaging it to fit the body I coulda just bought the f***in' original.

If you can't afford the kit then surely you can't afford the GT wing, wide wheels and tires, big brakes, built motor and other supporting mods to make the whole package work together. Time to be realistic. The Rocket Bunny kit is for big players.

I can afford the wheels + suspension. Its i'm not spending $3000 on a body kit unless it comes from a big player such as REA or an equivalent. I don't care about big horsepower, i'm more into the low and slow, while looking mad good.

Dude, if you can't afford the kit, then don't buy it. Support the original manufacturers' hard work by paying for the real thing. Miura from Rocket Bunny worked hard to design the kit, and he deserves getting paid for his intellectual property.

On top of that, if you can't afford the kit, what are you going to do about the several grand for paint and installation, then the wheels and tires you'll need to buy to match everything. What's with the mentality of people of buying things that they can't afford and justifying that by buying cheap shit?

By the way Touge Factory in Chicago is close with RB as well, so why don't you give them a try for a price.
