The entire industry refers to them like that as the header ends with the flange not the merge collectors.

Also, when people mention de-cats and warranty issues, what's it really going to affect, maybe downstream exhaust parts and rear bumper heat damage?

Approx 5 weeks I think? It depends on when the next ship is scheduled to leave as well as customs/dealer delivery/preparation.

I have said this before in other posts so please pardon me if you have already read this rant.
It would affect any insurance claim if your insurer found out your car was not road worthy. Removing any emission control component makes a car non ADR compliant.
As has been said before the chances of being caught are small; the potential impact of being caught huge.
