It's a problem with human nature. Everybody likes to think they're better than everyone else.

I love the Hyundai Genesis

Let me clarify the title right away... I love the hyundai genesis because every time I drive by one I get the DIRTIEST look from the driver cause they know that the 86 is better.

In every other car, even if it is a competitor to the FRS, the driver gives a smile or a thumbs up. But the Genesis guys are always so green with envy.

I'm not trying to start a flame war between the two cars, I know the Genesis is a good car. I just want to know if you guys have the same experience from those unlucky guys who bought Korean?

I haven't had any issues so far. Gen Coupes aren't too common around here. I see them only occasionally, and have yet to see even a single 2013.

I honestly like the Genesis. I wish it were a little smaller and lighter, but that wasn't what Hyundai was going for. They wanted to make a Korean pony car, and they did a fine job of it.

By far the people with the biggest chips on their shoulder are the Lancer Ralliart drivers, all years, all body styles. EVERY TIME I see one they are driving like A-holes, giving dirty looks, and performing ricer flybys.

I don't get it.

I've had looks from Gen Coupe drivers. Not dirty looks, but not appreciative nods like I'll get from mini's or some other small sporty cars.

I have also had BMW's messing with me without fail. If there's a BMW driver under the age of 40 (regardless of the model he's driving), that guy is going to charge up behind and tailgate me.

The worst of the worst were the OZ Rally Edition drivers. They really thought they were driving Evos even though I'm pretty sure the OZ Rally Edition was simply an appearance package on a base Lancer. Those things used to annoy the hell out of me when I had my 240.

Most people can care less what kind of car you are driving. Your better off just not trying to interpret what they think by how they are driving or what car they happen to be in. LOL Just enjoy your car.
