If you're contemplating a catted header, certain sure you don't want it ceramic coated inside.

I still do enjoy eating natto once a while. Thanks for the advice though.

I was just reading the nutritional chart on the umeboshi I have been eating. 1290mg of sodium for 3 pieces Pretty sure I ate like 12 of those things yesterday.

Yeah, umeboshi helps reduce heat stroke, digest greasy food, & other benefits… but again, it’s not all great. Like you found out, it’s crazy high sodium.

But I think as long as you take enough water to reduce breakdown the sodium & keep working out, should be fine.

Oh also recommend eating grapefruits. Grapefruit can help those high sodium aka high blood pressure lower.

Note:
If you’re already taking a med for high blood pressure, plz avoid eating grapefruits.

Lots of DB errors today, particularly when getting "new posts" or "today's posts". Both are a complete fail.

I love grapefruit but it kills me every time I eat it.

Do you ever ask them, “who is going to carry the boats?”

Nah. I usually tell them to work harder, not smarter
