POP noise after new tires installed

I had new tires installed, and immediately began hearing a single, loud POP from the rear passenger tire area when making slow, sharp turns. Seems to be more consistent when turning left, but has happened going right. Never hear it any other time, just when pulling into my garage or similar speeds/turning situations. Cannot reproduce for tire guys, so just get the old shrug and blank stare. The timing of it has me wondering if anything was damaged when the tires were mounted?
Sound caught on video below, turn it way up to catch it at the end.
Any ideas? I like to have as much info as possible before seeing a mechanic, since being a girl historically puts me at a disadvantage.
I have a 2017 86, with 52K miles. Tires installed are the correct size.

I have a snip of video that catches the sound, but unable to attach here since it’s not in the right format.

It could be one of a few things. A damaged CV joint, bad alignment and balancing, debris stuck somewhere on the wheels or tires, or loose hubcaps.

No hubcaps here, and it’s much too loud to be debris. Especially since it doesn’t happen every time I turn.
As far as balancing, they have done it twice so I’m hoping I’m good there.
Do you have ballpark $ for CV replacement? Just a good guess? Really wish I could post the noise, it’s very distinct and only pops once when it happens. Not a clunking or rattle/vibration……just one good POP.

Loaded a few seconds of video to YouTube, turn sound way up and you’ll hear it right near the end. Sounds like 2 pieces of wood being clacked together.

Good job capturing it. Too deep to be axle nut. Those sound like pebble on glass. Have you checked the lug nuts?

Take that wheel off and move it to another corner of the car, then verify if the noise exists. I had a weird popping noise with a wheel on my car and moved it, then the noise went away. Likely something on the hub to wheel if that is the cause of the noise.

This would be the first thing I would check. On a couple of occasions I've heard something similar it turned out to be lug nuts that were too loose after a visit to a tire shop. Tightening them up to the proper torque spec eliminated the noise.

To OP, Size/gender doesn't matter here. Loose nuts, if any are, will be obvious. It will be easy to use the emergency tool to tighten any loose ones enough to safely drive the vehicle back to the shop.

I've had sounds like that on cars when a spring isn't sitting right, right after car being jacked up?

Upper strut mount/bearing. Put a stethoscope on it and have someone turn the wheel to confirm.

Garage
Verify there's nothing rolling around in the trunk?

Try holding up the parking brake and give it a little tension while doing the same maneuver, see if it makes the same noise or affects the noise. Could tell you if it's related to the rotor or parking brake system.
