the old ones were differently less complicated. my last bimmer was a F10. only 5k on the odometer and starting having electrical issues. ended up being brought by back BMW.

I've got a 2011 335d right now, with 205k on the clock. The last 50k has been a series of $$$$ episodes, and more are coming. Problem is, it's just such a blast to drive that I don't think I can pry it from my wife's hands. And it's paid for, so...

Makes the fat heavy Qs faster than a stock non Nismo GTR in 1/4mile and roll
The Z being lighter will probably let it take even the Nismo GTR

I totally agree. The Z handles like a boat at high speeds and high speed corners. It’s nothing like the Twins and my Supra.

wait until the aftermarket companies get a hold of this thing. i think some simple fixes up front does the trick.

That is closer to what I hoped it would look like, but of course it would have to have lens covers over the light tunnel, don't think you could do that any longer.

I was at a family event this weekend and talked to my sister who is a parts dept manager at a large Nissan dealer in NC (28 years). She says they've heard nothing about the 400Z yet.

Why couldn’t they? Cutouts are too big and sharp for pedestrians? They didn’t want headlight covers?

The Chevy Sonic had no covers:

Ferrari Dino from the factory without covers:

And with covers...covers are good too:

Lets see when the car comes out. Also good luck getting it for MSRP.... but I like where this is heading. I hope its a solid car as this could be my next car to replace the twin(not likely)

I think it will be short lived, even better than the Supra.

probably i dont keep up to date on safety regulations. also don't they change all the time? something you could get away with 5, 10, 20 years ago won't pass muster with today's standards.
