im torn. I would love to replace just the master cylinder, but the first few reply's from people think its a dead clutch. 2 very different, expensive, and time consuming things lol.

You can also pickup a second hand master cylinder for less than $50 and replace it in under an hour. |

You also have to consider that the master cylinder has not completely failed its still retaining some pressure. As noted by him saying that he can see the fork moving. It's just not moving enough. |

Even if the pedal is mushy, with a shitty cylinder on either end, you should still be able to give it a quick pre-pump just like with a failing brake master. I vote for sticky pressure plate on the input shaft splines, or some other B.S. under the bell housing.

okay thank you everybody for all the insight. I am going to have a shop do the work this time around (pain in the ass first time). IF it is the clutch that needs a complete replacement, does anybody have good recommendations that will work fine with the SBD turbo? my current clutch is "competition stage 2" and i will stay away from this brand due to the early failure of this clutch.

not sure yet. its still sitting dead in the drive way. I actually last week replaced the master cylinder and that didnt fix it :/ so its most likely a clutch problem.
Im still researching what clutch to get.... so many damn mixed reviews about everything that is making it hard to decide. but I gotta take advantage of this black friday weekend sale lol |
