JF1 ---> Japan, Fuji Heavy Industries, Passenger vehicles
Z ---> Line value Z: This doesn't exist in my older lookup table, and Year code is either 1983 or 2013, I will guess it is a 2013 BRZ Line?
C---> Body Code C... This is an old Body code for Sedans... Are they reusing old codes now?
A---> Drivetrain code A
C---> Model Identifyer C... Again, not in my old lookup table...
1---> No passive restraints
4---> Checksum digit 4... The weighted sum of your vin Mod 11 = 4
D---> Year 1983/2013/2043
1---> Plant code 1. Which plant in japan is this?

Since I don't have the full vin I cannot check your checksum to make sure it is valid... but should be pretty straight forward if you want to
I thought the "1" after the "D" meant it is a manual. If it says "D2" it's an automatic.

Well, that's cause you're 25.

My insurance went down $200 from my 07 civic si. Paying around $1900 per year with $500 col and comp ded. 1 Major accident but in MA which has the most expensive policies 1 accident with over $2000 total paid out will stay on your record for 6 years. Paying an additional $600 per year because of that. I work over at Amica insurance and $2000 is pretty easy to reach.

Surcharges here are pretty messed up. You can tap someones bumper and they can claim injuries and you're already over the $2k

I pay $158 a month AFTER a Homeowners Discount, a College Alumni discount and being over 25 years old. I do have two speeding tickets on my license though. Without the discounts I would have been paying about $225.
I live in Louisiana, nice to meet you.
