ohh i dont mean literally 2nd batch, i meant 2nd batch by the post- launch of the 86 batch. so those who ordered after the launch date. i ordered sometime early-mid june i think.

It never did change - I took over an order someone dumped, so it was scheduled for production when I got the order.

The dealership also sent me some SAP screenshots that had planned production dates on them.

Just got an update from my dealer, estimated date arrvial to dealer :30/07/12.....expect to pick up it early August, hopefully......can't wait....

Ordered mine 16/6. Called me dealer today to ask about the bulletin and he goes my order is before the cutoff date so i shouldn't be affected. Was quoted sep build oct delivery and that it hasnt changed. However my tracking details say order still to be confirmed. so still anyone's guess really. But curious to know about this "cutoff" date.

im interested too. wonder when the cutoff date was/is? cos i ordered mine on the 23rd

There was no specific cut off date. Dealers can work out the numbers they are allocated and then estimate based on your number in the queue. 2 cars a month and 10 orders means estimated six month lead time. GTS is subject to change due to demand though.

My car is In Production today. I feel very very lucky and very very sorry for anyone ordering now and joining the 19month wait to get their cars. Godspeed to you I say.

Ordered mine over a week ago, dealer setting up my online tracking now. I am not optimistic however.
