Hi guys, really looking into buying that sweet kit on rallysportdirect but it doesn't specify on their site if it coming with a base map or you get it via internet. Also, I m running a full Tomei exhaust (el header), Matt can you tell me if you tested that header? should I get near the same amount of hp as the nameless?

Thx

It should come with instructions on contacting Cosworth about acquiring the tune.
The Tomei headers probably won't perform as good as the Nameless, but you would probably only lose a little hp. I'm sure Matt@Cosworth can tweak your tune!

ok, I would be really surprise too that nothing come with it. ya, I ve never found a good comparison with other headers with longer runners but you might be right. The kit is in my cart right now, one click away to get what I consider the nicest supercharge so far for this engine!

Cosworth all the things! This set took me a while to track down. Eventually had to import from Great Britain.

Hello

we did not test that header but I can adjust the tune to cope

just send me a PM when you have the kit and I need to know the following to create the tune

ECUTek ID you're using to flash
year of car
ROM ID if possible
auto or manual
cruise fitted or not
exhaust specification ( pipe size, how many cats, cats in header or not etc

then drive it around for 20 mins all conditions on the preferred fuel and include at least 3 full throttle 'pulls' in 3rd gear from 2000rpm to redline in mode 2 or above
I can then get the tune pretty close with 1 datalog and may need another to get it spot on ( providing there's nothing very different about the car or there's air leaks or other issues)

I have the P3 gauge as well, its a great addition and easy to use. Have you looked at wiring in a 0-5V oil pressure sensor?
