How about putting a drop of gorilla glue (or epoxy) to keep the clips in place? Good luck.

These cars are epically reliable. My car still drives like it is brand new. And it's just about to tick over 200000 kms.
I have had the tob go. And some snapped wheel studs. But aside from that it's been epic. Just took it in for the fuel filter change, brake fluid flush, gearbox, diff oil change along with radiator flush. Everything seems to be a OK. The mechanic told me nothing is leaking, nothing is needing replacement. He did say the clutch take up point was a little high. But, that's it. Still drives like it's brand new. I am going to see if it can make it to 300000 now. |
