Amsoil says 25k (15k for the filter) or one year. So far I've only put on 1k in 9 months, so I'll be going with the time. Haha.

I have a NoCo Genius battery charger that I throw on every other week just so the battery doesn't go flat.

I've had good UOAs with 8-9k intervals from a few years ago. Don't think I have them anymore though.

Using both Mobil1 and Castrol 0w-20 and OEM Tokyo Roki filters

Ahhhh.........yes, I often think how simple it was in the old days. I'd change the oil in the spring and put in 30 weight and then change the oil in the fall and put in 20 weight and it didn't matter what brand.

I use full synthetic in all my vehicles. My Ford Escape makes it easy, since I'm too old to remember and too lazy to write it down, and tells me when to change the oil, which is usually around 9,800 miles.
Not going to debate this, plenty of oil threads here for that, I change the oil on the FR-S once a year, or ~every 10,000 miles. I checked the manual and there is no "Hey DA time to change the oil indicator" on the FR-S. https://www.toyota.com/t3Portal/docu...f/OM1372QG.pdf

I've been doing 10,000 mile intervals since I bought the car (apart from the first oil change done at 6,000 miles when I switched it out for AMSOIL) and I've been doing Blackstone Labs analyses with every oil change as well. It's not uncommon for me to run an entire season of autocross on the same oil change (that means at least 10 events, towing a trailer to/from events, and this is also my daily driver here in Chicago, so a lot of "city use" which is harder on oil, not to mention use throughout winter as well.

No issues thus far

I wanted to stretch mine to over 10k as well, but I simply was not putting enough "normal" miles on the engine.
Are you changing out the Sustina at 5k intervals?

I changed to Mobile One at 250 miles, just to clean up the possible manufacturing junk in there. I changed again at 5K miles and will probably change next month when I hit 10K. I need to swap out the gearbox oil with some Redline.

Love Motul 300V in all the motorcycles, but no source for auto version around here.
