Looking at the above ground shot, it's hard to believe such a bad accident could happen at that intersection on a corner like that.

If the "medical incident" is ruled out, then the driver will be behind bars for vehicular manslaughter.

Reports seen to be he had a seizure. It's a terrible incident all around.
