As a Procede owner, I don't see why he couldn't run one with a Procede, and the other with a throttle switch. Mount one before the MAF and one after it, then stage them to provide continuous boost all the way to redline. He could even mount the first one outside the radiator blowing into a FMIC, then past the MAF to the second one in the usual position. It's easy to mount batteries in the trunk, and run power up front using thick copper jumper cables. Mount batteries in the spare well and it keeps the center of gravity low, as well as allowing full use of the trunk.

You'd have to ask Shiv that one. The Procede is made to do a lot more than throttle control, but only Shiv would know how.

Tuning - Well I have one of the best tuners at my disposal. He usually runs a hybrid speed density type tune on Ecutek of course I already have it anyways. Hardest part is mounting the compressors. Need a custom bracket of some kind. The batteries I have figured out. The pluming probably wont be too difficult.

You bring up a good point I would probably need a IC of some kind wonder what that would do to the pressure drop....

Yeah if sequentially mounted that should work. Would make the piping alot simpler too just like the video shows.

Two words for you to ponder. Heat Soak.
Cold air makes a lot more power, and in Florida you probably don't get a lot of cold air. How about mounting both SC's in front of the radiator. You could have one pushing and one pulling air from an FMIC. Plus, a simple cone filter would be pulling in air that is already cooler. You also wouldn't be getting any heat soak in front of the radiator, and you could insulate the MAF and intake tube in the engine compartment. LiPo batteries could bring the weight down, and the power up at the same time.

Problem with LiPo is the controller isn't made to charge them and you run the risk of then overcharging. But everything else would be do able. A lot of work though. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Rob is not a salesman. He's an engineer. I don't think he's trying to make a fortune on this project. He's just satisfying his intellectual curiosity.
And I think that is a list of Domestic customers. I hate to say it but I think you international guys are SOL. |

There is a large amount of people who are of the mindset of 'shut up and take my money', me being one of them. If people are willing to buy your product, then be willing to sell it. Otherwise why have the website and go to the extent of proving it to 'his own intellectual curiosity?'
Anywho, I'm just annoyed that I have been trying to give this man my money and he doesn't want to accept it. That and I always seem to miss out on 2nd hand kits, or the local postage to the seller is more convenient, which is understandable. |

This has been brought up many times with same no results.
I almost think that it would be better for some shady firm to reuse this idea/work, make illegitimate copies .. and make 10-100 times more customers happy not being able to get product "in right way". Imho this "long" waiting list is only small fraction of potential customers. There should be loads more that are not willing to wait for year+, and once found out that it's not possible to get it within eg. month, simply moved on from this product made of unobtanium. P.S. As for local posting only .. i wonder if some shipping proxies can help .. there should be several out there, eg. myus.com |
