theres like 12 god damn threads about this car. Maybe you could just have said

"No, there isn't, what we are being shown are basically display models to build hype for the 17 year model"

If we are dealing with the hypothetical, then maybe you could have not asked a question that has been asked several times already and refrained from having an attitude about it.

Seems like yellow is an every 10 year release for Subaru.

In the now popular leaked document for the MY17 BRZ was this for anyone who cares.
"The special model features an exclusive sports car color scheme, with the new body
color "Charlesite Yellow" matched with black aluminum wheels and door mirrors, and
the same black and yellow theme continuing through to the interior."

I think they messed up with the colour's name. Charlesite colours can range from clear to white to pale yellow or pink. It often is a dull and/or opaque or clear with a white streak. The brittle mineral's Mohs hardness is 2.5 with a specific gravity of 1.79. It is extremely rare but neither found in large enough sizes nor hard enough to be used for high quality gem stones. Any piece used for jewelry will be very small.

On the charlesite sampled, its fun to speculate but it's really moot tbh -- we have already seen the official shots of this car, and if the yellow in them is "off" in tone at all, any variance from true is going to be minimal.
