Whiteline Rear Differential mount bushing Fail

Hello

These are pictures of the rear differential mount bushing of my car. They are the KDT924 Rear Differential - mount in cradle bushing.

Second time on the track with them installed. On the track I had a very light accident to the rear right side of the car. when the car slide and hit the barrier. Don't know if that was the reason, because that was the only time i noticed the damage when i was under the car looking if there was any damage to the car. So far that was the only thing i noticed.
The hit the car took was very light. I will be very surprised if that caused the bush to come out like that.

My question is did this happen to anyone before? Is the bush the weakest point, and the first to get damaged in these kind of accident?

The only explanation I can come up with right now is.at the track the heat from the diff beaked the glue, epoxy, or what ever material that's bounding them together. And the hit the car took was enough to move it from its place.

Have you reported the Issue to Whiteline?

I think it will be helpful for them to get the feedback.
