Maybe we should ask VW engineers to help us out with passing emissions tests, even in CA

Fuel is a big issue here we get great gains with E85 as our petrol is so crap.
Should bode well for me in South Africa then. Apparently we have some of shittest fuel ever! (I'm installing Flexfuel in Jan + header and op).
Looking forwards to seeing the 93/95 vs eXX tune on my car.

In terms of this thread. Thanks CSI for a great comparison - knowing the parameters really shows just what you can expect i.t.o. gains from these headers.

Meth, I'm not sure who sells it here...

But (as above ) I'm doing Flexfuel in Jan (+ a header/op) so I can use ethanol. This forum + a local tuner convinced me it's the biz!

Looking forwards to getting that extra power!

This was asked back in September, curious if there are any numbers on the differences yet. I'm mainly looking for more torque and would like the 350, but with fitment concerns, I'm wondering if the 250 would be better to guarantee fitment would not be an issue. But as someone who couldn't tell much of a difference between 91oct and E85... maybe I should just go with the 250 haha.

Does @CounterSpace Garage have any Ace headers in stock? Also are the gaskets and bolts included?

I would expect somewhere between 91 and E70 lines. Closer to 91 than E70.

The vast majority of the buyers for this header are serious competitors (both road racing, and autocrossing, as well as some time trialing), and the owners do not want to release their dynos, as they'd like to keep their competition in the dark as long as possible.

I'm sure someone will *eventually* post one, but so far, every owner who's sent a dyno sheet has asked us not to publish when asked for permission.

This header has been backordered since it was released; production isn't able to keep up with demand. If you want one, you should order now, so you can get in line.

Type A backorders are a few months; type B backorders are a few weeks.

Hardware is included.

I just ordered a Type A 350 along with the front pipe last week. Obviously I wont be seeing the items for some time. But I will be happy to post dynos of before and after once I have the pieces in my possession. I will run down to Dallas( I am in OKC, but there are better dyno/operators in Dallas) and get Calvin at Cobb tuning to dyno the car for me. It should be a about as apples to apples as your going to get. I trust Calvin a great deal.

I will show Oklahoma 91(think ACN California pisswater, our 91 is shitty) and E85(Oklahoma E85 is pretty solid). We don't have 93 here, well we do if you feel like paying 5 or 6 bucks a gallon. I don't, so it will just be a 91 and E85 dyno. If you bribe ACE or CSG maybe I can get you that dyno sheet sooner.

Now I just have to plan out the logistics of the trip. Luckily the wife is always happy with a trip to Dallas/Ft.Worth.

Ok, another month with this header and I could not be happier with it. I have type B 250 and OFT tune (by Master Wayno) with few other mods. Not trying to convince anyone here, but this header is the bomb! Last night on my drive home (slightly wet), thought I would punch it a little and wow! (usually I am miss driving daisy apparently ) 1st, 2nd, 3rd...I had to back off as I was losing traction at a very rapid rate...then I remembered the damn car chirps its tyres in second when I punch it. The low end torque is great even with the stock tune on. Very pleased with the results so far.

I will get it on a dyno pretty soon and guess what? I will post the results

Well I just changed my order from a Type A to a Type B. So hopefully I will receive the header sooner, and this will allow me to get a before and after dyno posted sooner as well.
