I want some one to help me with the mounting bracket...

The problem is that i already have the Rotrex unit... I got Greddy intercooler and a work place to create very good piping.

But all i need is JRSC Mounting bracket... I have mailed them and got no response...

Maybe some one can just draw the bracket on paper, and send me this paper (even scaned a4 list) and than i can CNC it my self...
Im ready to pay for this $$$

And of course ifsomeone is selling this bracket lol!
I will buy it!!!

Sorry, but I don't think anyone is going to assist you in ripping off Jackson Racing's R&D. If you want to fab up your own kit, you also need to fab up your own bracket...

Problem was probably my tune running kinda rich, then a boost hose popped off under full throttle at 7k RPM, so I think it dumped more fuel into the exhaust than it should ever see, and detonated in the header cat. Pic is of the cat in the midpipe clogged with the first cat.

Your catalytic converter failure is most likely from running lean, not rich. Cats fail when they overheat. I believe you run a different tune?

The boost pressure probably spiked after the cat failed and clogged the exhaust.

They can fail when you dump fuel into the exhaust via running rich. This happened to me.

Yeah, custom tune. And it's a little on the rich side.

After nearly a year of sitting on the fence, I've finally made a decision and ordered the JRSC with high boost pulley. I considered an AVO turbo as well as the Edelbrock SC but felt the HBJR was the best alternative based upon all the track testing that's been done by the guys at CSG.

The kit will be combined with ID 1000's and a Walbro 485. I already have an ACT 6 Puck (which my wife hates so we are shopping for a third vehicle in our rotation however she may love the car again once it's boosted??) and I guess the only RobiSpec cooler that has been trouble free and keeps great temps on track days here in Florida(235/215 in the summer). I will be running full time E85 and the tuning will be handled by James(HRI Tuning).

I expect the car to be more fun to drive on the street but the power curve really supports track use. There is sufficient torque in the mid range to utilize different gearing in many corners much like driving a bigger displacement car. I've been running an E85 tune with HKS header and pipe which has yielded some pretty decent lap times at Roebling(1:20:40) and Sebring (2:36:52). I am looking forward to the before and after comparisons.

If you have a chance, swap out the 6 pick for a street disk. You'll still have more than enough clutch, but regain your streetability.

May I ask what kind of power you are putting out with e85?

Anyone with MT could take some pictures of their vacuum lines/tubes and how they are routed. I've installed the kit and everything is intact but car dies when started was told it's most likely vacuum leak/problem. Thanks in advance
