It's his 86 Nanny listed on his site, with a few custom features we asked for. I don't know if he's planning on offering it as a specific line item on his site, but I'm sure he'd sell a "GSpeed" configured version, there are some other custom blends on his site.

Thanks! I'm excited to try it out, should be pretty slick.

Ours is setup so that it disables EBD, etc. automatically on start (because racecar, y0), and a push-button for ABS.

I have the version that controls the TPS light and turns off all nannies. This is a 1 button version that controls both independently.

It works great. Every once in a while I have to unplug it from the OBDII to reset but not very often.

I did my first nannies off track weekend and didn't have any issues with it. It was different having nannies off and I managed a few spins. Luckily GSpeed was open to clear and reset a tire bead!

If so, we'll start hounding PFC to start offering more pad compounds for the AP calipers. Right now, they only offer 01 and 11, I think. Don't quote me on that, though.

I missed EBD in your post, are you thinking that it is making a large impact on braking/causing the front to engage the ABS? Is that typically disabled by the peddle dance.

EBD is typically disabled by the pedal dance, yes. I believe that's why PFC (and others) don't offer more aggressive pads for this car with bigger calipers, even though the F/R distribution is only changed a few percent.

@Bramick Glad you're enjoying it! The need to reset is bothering me though... 1 hidden trick is hold the button in for 8-10 seconds to perform a reset, but this shouldn't be needed. If it's bugging you enough shoot me an email and I'll cover shipping costs to take a look at it for free.

At this point, this is almost a comedy of errors. KW shipped our shocks back to Racecomp in Maryland, instead of us. Even though we paid for shipping at our expense. So now Racecomp has to try and turn them back around and get them to Texas, which puts our Thursday morning test in serious jeopardy.

We just want to go racing, dammit!

Once again, @Racecomp Engineering comes through with the save. They're overnighting the shocks from Maryland to Texas so we can make our test!

Small update, in preparation for our testing weekend. We got a chance to install the Beastronix 86Nanny device we were talking about earlier. Very clean install. Since we already put a USB port where they recommend installing the ABS button, we ad-libbed the installation a little.

A little massaging with a dremel, and we've got a nice clean installation right behind the shifter:

And installed:

The box itself was mounted on the knee plate under the steering wheel, adjacent to the Aim CAN expander. It's getting a little crowded under there with cable going every which way, but it still fit in nicely:

Sure will be nice to not have to do the pedal dance anymore!

Reading through your thread and it's great! I will second that Myles at Racecomp is a first class guy and came to my rescue more than once!
