My setup delivers 15 PSi in V2 unrestricted at the top ... That's pretty much the best the unit can deliver safely.

v2 must come with a smaller pulley stock. im only pushing 9-10 psi, a 95-90mm pulley will put me at 14 "they say". Thats where i want to be. i still would love to know what the recommendations are "FROM HKS" for the restrictor plate boring and removing. my fuel supporting mods will more than handle the extra FI. i also plan to engineer a new bracket to relocate the SC and reduce piping like evasive has done on their race car.

The V2 (at least the 14th "series" - judging by the first digits in the serial number) comes with 90 mm pulley. It allows for 14.5 psi (1 bar) indeed if unrestricted. With 43 mm restrictor which comes with the HKS injectors it's about 0.75 (11 psi) and with stock restictor for stock injectors - about 9 psi.

any idea on how much power the V1 maxed out at 14 PSI will make w. suporting mods?

I'm trying to decide what clutch to go with

You can't, to boost that much, you have to go V2, the blower itself remains the same, but you need the new intercooler that comes either with V2 or upgrade kit for V1 ! also you need injectors to support such a boost.

Piping also plays a role in smoothing the air delivery, and the intake side goes back to using stock airbox with an HKS filter.

As of how much whp , well all depends on your tuner ... on a dynapack dyno, it could score from 280 - 300 (they read low, a stock car returns about 145-150 whp)

As for the clutch, HKS LA clutch is great, the flywheel offers extra re-activity.

you can reduce the SC pulley size on a v-1 and achieve 14 psi i have one pulley for 9 psi and one for 14. 90mm pulley on E85 injectors and pump gets 14 psi boost. i am only street tuned but easily over 300 to the wheels.

Without the V2 intercooler, I don't wanna see your intake temps ... chances are you don't really have that much power after the original intercooler is heatsaocked. Also, easily over 300whp ok , how much was the car stock on the same dyno ?

Again, mechanicaly, you can go 14 psi ... on a V1 and a stock motor, but I don't recommend that to anyone, and yes I know many will disagree, untill they blow something and call it on the HKS.

Trust me I know what that kit can deliver, in my case we are talking adding 220whp over the stock number ! So on E85 i would probably add 300whp to the 145 stock whp ... But I would not do that without certain precautions

I'm happy to finally be able to let the cat out of the bag. The V3 has been released!

so no more restriction plate I see but larger pulley does that mean boost is still the same as the ver2?

Same boost pressure (~7-8 psi), but with cooler, higher density air for increased efficiency and more power.

This is due to the larger intercooler, larger intercooler piping, the lack of an inlet restrictor, and a larger diameter pulley to reduce the compressor speed.

Is it easier to install? No cutting to place the supercharger?

You don't have to cut anything to mount the blower itself but HKS does recommend trimming the core support for the UICP and you do have to drill a couple holes in the crash beam to mount the intercooler.

If you're comfortable and/or experienced with installing bolt-ons, follow HKS' extremely detailed instructions and you'll be done in 6-8 hours.

...
Not right. You have to cut off the top platic pulley (right under the alternator pulley) to istall the kit - the blower is located right there. To return back to NA, you have to get a new part of the engine which you altered.
