Welcome to the club - its a good one.

FYI I find site searching on google a much better way of getting info out of a website than using using the embedded engine.

Single best thing about that color, it matches painters tape. Best color for an autocross car.

Nice, good luck with the car, you can't go wrong with a twin. I would love to have that reverse camera !.

Congrats!
I wouldn't "macho" up the car.
Just add things that you or your kids find appealing as you go along.
The Pictures and Video thread is a good place to start, and the
"What did you do to your BRZ today" is a good thread for inspiration to common mods.

I think you'll be surprised by how "macho" the car looks when you take delivery.

i would lower the car, get spacers to push the wheels out, get better tires, get a nice catback and catless front pipe and drive it for a year or two like that.

This is good advice. Take the modding thing slow: there are so many options out there that you can afford to take your time and see what works and doesn't for your goals and budget

Just reserved a '16 white limited myself, I can't wait! This will be the nicest thing I've ever owned. The newest car I've ever had is a 96, so Major upgrade! Time can't go by fast enough..

I would advise OP to buy 4 quarts of Motul 300 for the tranny and differential and wax the car with Chemical Guys 50/50 Concour Carnauba Wax. =P
