anybody know the specs (like holding capacity and weight) on the STI clutch? can't seem to locate any information on it.

I think it's probably the equivalent to an Exedy Stage 1.

Parts in. Has its own instructions, meaning it's an STi performance accessory and not tS exclusive equipment (also explains why this got released so soon). Works the same as the strut bar with pillow joints on both bars to make them flexible on the vertical plane.

The STI Performance catalog has just been updated:

It says the Flexible V Bar can be installed together with the Flexible Tower Bar but this could cause slight increase in NVH.

So the V Bar comes with new nuts too? Saves a trip to the dealer parts counter.
