Thanks, definitely looking forward to your results. Hoping the STI clutch will be good enough, as its on my build's part list with the Exedy stage one as a backup. So far, the stock clutch and E85 is holding up okay.

Those are S2k numbers (with a Rotrex C30-94).

However, rumor has it E85 Rotrex FA20's have been approaching that territory...

Is anyone here running the Jackson racing oil cooler on a NA car that has some oil temp and pressure data. I am considering replacing my cusco oem style cooler with the Jackson racing air to oil unit.
My car is stock, running 0W-20. Without the cusco unit, I was seeing 118 C (244F) and 50 psi after a few minutes of high rpm driving. With the cusco cooler, 109 C (228F) and 43 psi before backing off at redline.
I have a cusco oil pressure gauge installed using the top galley plug and a pivot dual gauge reading my oil temp through the OBD.
Air temps are 24C (75F) and the car isn't winter driven.
Some data on the Jackson Racing oil cooler would be appreciated. Many thanks, Glenn.

Your oil temps aren't out of control; I see no reason for you to swap coolers at the moment.

While it's not cheap, I found it to be quite a competitive price vs. what you get from the competing kits.

The actual price point is already on the lower side.

The Ace header + E85 takes the car to a F20C style powerband.

Time for new goals: F22C with a Rotrex C30-94... and a stock clutch.

Any idea of what's possible with JR supercharger, good header, RON98 and at least one cat ?

And worth every penny. Not a day goes by where I think "damn, I wish I had't bought this supercharger". The packaging, fit, and finish alone are worth it, not to mention the performance.

Have there been any recordable blown engines with this kit yet?

I poke around here and there on these forums and have never seen one.
