OP, it's totally up to you for re-using gasket. if it has less than 3,000 mileage, i would re-use it but it would leak then you need to replace it. yeah like others said, have it done once not by twice --> buy new gasket

Per Greddy the manufacturer also recommends replacing the 6 nuts on the exhaust manifold studs. Any thoughts on this?
