I am going to assume the design for the catted UEL hasn't changed much if any from the original prototype and I forsure saw a fairly large gain across the powerband. Did you have it dyno tuned or just e tuned or what? I would be more than happy to share the vvt maps used in the dyno above when I get to my computer.
@nelsmar I would be happy to try your VVT maps for my JDL UEL header.

Uncatted 200+WHP (Mustang dyno with proper SAE correction) mods were:
JDL UEL
JDL OP
JDL Catted FP
Stock catback
TRD intake
HKS duct (I don't recall think i made vvt changes for the duct install, I would have to double check. If I did they were very minor):

200whp NA without E85 on a mustang dyno? I'm not calling bullshit, but i'm skeptical.

4th gear (5th gear is 1:1) Hell i want to say the dyno might have been under calibrated RPM wise which would mean the HP would be slightly higher as I was using wheel speed for RPM pickup. I want to say it peaked at 201WHP for a few pulls and before smoothing the plot but i decided to pull it back just a hair since it was going to be driven fairly hard. The weather station had just been verified for calibration, I unfortunately don't have the weather report spec's around for exact climate & correction factor. Above was one of the early E85 pulls vs the finalized 91 octane. This car has been a track whore and driven on very aggressive tunes for most of its life... Still holding down the same power it did 50k miles ago.

Here is the finalized E85 with a 5th gear roll...

I have done this with multiple cars... and remote tuned a few friends cars (which is obviously not going to be as dialed in as a dyno tuned car) and had them land 190-195+ with similar mods.

If you aren't familiar with me on the forums (I have been away for a while now) go back and look through some of my threads. I post no-bullshit dyno's. I want to say I am somewhere around ~1600 flashes on the ecu on my own personal car... So I have had my fair share of time messing around with this platform lol.

Hate to be that guy (not really). But anymore updates/ dynos? I plan on going with the carted just because I won't be getting a tune right away.

After getting tuned some of the mid range torque was returned and a decent amount was gained at the top of the rev range. It weighs about 6 pounds less than the factory header so I guess I'll stick with it. For now.
you sure of this? "and lost a significant amount of mid-range torque"
