Went out and got another OEM shifter, garage bomber the hell out of it, and now it's short like a chode.

The setup includes a Perrin Shifter Bushing, MTEC Shift springs and goes great with the OEM arm rest. It's the perfect height with the arm rest and it feels super ergonomic.

Due to the reduce height, you lose leverage so it feels better when putting it into gear. It's a more direct and engaging feeling and of course, the throw is a lot shorter.
What exactly did you do to the shifter to make it that low?

Are the STi rear axles supposed to be stronger?

Acoording to DSOmegaX in another thread (subaru ts parts) The Ts axles are a larger diameter and weight is the same as the stock parts. He also said the larger diameter of the axles allow more torque to transfer per rotation due to the larger size.

What drop and spacers setup are you running? I am trying to get rid of my wheel gaps on stock wheels. Your car is at the perfect level that I want!

Bingo, I didn't know how to get the wires clean, and I realized I didn't really care if it was really clean or not yet.

Took me forever because I had to rip off the sound tube, broke 1 clip D:

Worked on my grille for the better part of the morning... finally looking like something. Can't wait to get it smoothed out and see it non-crappy.

I replaced my Bayson R STI replica aero kit with the OEM STI aero Kit. Fitment is spot on and much better than the Bayson R replica I purchased. The rear of the STI sideskirt doesn't come up as high as the replica and there's more of a downward slope of the skirt than the replicas.
