It's an Omni 2.5 BAR.

Will you v2 package come with a carb sticker? Or packages that don't come with tune or ecutek? What if we already have an ecutek?

The V2 is sold as a tuner kit, and since it doesn't come packaged with the CARB approved tune it would not be CARB legal... at least, that is how I understand it.

You would need the V3 kit that comes with a CARB tune

To get CARB, it seems you have to buy the V3 kit and then upgrade to V2.

what do you mean the V3 burns the oil? Like during really aggressive driving? I have had the V3 charger for 2 years now and haven't burned any oil.

Vortech makes a CARB kit that comes with a tune. Their part number for it is VOR-4TF218-014L, and it's quite a bit more than the Tuner kit, since it comes with the EcuTEK, license, and CARB approved tune. But Vortech only has the CARB tuning for the 13 FRS/BRZ manual as far as I know.

What do you mean "13"? So CA won't honor a CARB sticker for this kit on my 2015 brz?

They sell the kit with the CARB sticker and the tunes for the 2013 BRZ/FRS Manual. If you have a 15 BRZ, you'd have to use a different tune, which we have, and still use the CARB sticker. A shop that does emissions testing isn't going to know the difference in the tune.

Don't all of the blowers have a carb number on them? Or do they only stamp the carb number on the factory tuned kits?

No CARB identification on the non-CARB kits.
