I'll go pull some footage of the runs, I had a front and rear dashcam running while at the strip.

Here's a few of the runs:

Low boost is 15 PSI? Holy crap

Yeah! thanks I'm running water meth injection on all my maps as well as running built internals and lower compression (10:1).

Just got home from my trip to PTuning. I will be telling you all my experience and hopefully start my own build thread.

Nice!!!! Are you still on the Ptuning laminova oil cooler? What are your oil temp observations?

Jelly of all the track time, I need to carve out time for it and quit just driving like an asshole.

Ok so I can't figure out how to start my own thread lol so until I figure that out I will post my updates here.

My experience with PTuning was awesome. I sent many emails as said before and very quick responses each time. I had the pleasure of meeting Toan the tuner and he is a very chill guy and easy to talk with. He explained what he had all done with the tune so that I could understand it haha. The techs and Toan took their time making sure everything was to their liking and made me test drive the car before driving 8hrs home. Everything was great and the car feels awesome.

As for the drive home. There was definitely a lot of noises: chatter from the new clutch and flywheel especially when decelerating which I know is normal from this type of set up. The exhaust is louder than I expected lol and there is quite a bit of drone especially when cruising uphill and the car is trying to accelerate to keep up to speed. I learned quickly that the car doesn't like to be in the lower rpm range. When driving through the country highway in West Virginia with all the hills and curves I just kept it in 5th gear because when in 6th and accelerating uphill it was almost as if the car was about to bog out. That's just my experiences with how it drives now, others might see if differently. I love the car though, I love the setup and the power.

My average mpg coming back was exactly 32mpg. That's a little better than I was expecting especially in the hills of Virginia and West Virginia. I even got on it just a little bit accelerating onto the interstate a couple times after stopping to pay a toll.

The sound of this setup is awesome. I will never get tired of hearing that sweet spooling sound even when just driving it lightly you can hear it.

So that pretty much sums up my experience with PTuning. Overall I am extremely happy with this setup and the quality work they do. I'm just hoping the exhaust will mellow out a bit after some time haha, it started to give me a headache towards the end of the trip.

I will upload pics as soon as I figure out how to downsize the images. They are to big to upload. Sorry I'm kinda stupid when it comes to computer stuff haha.

@rb6freak thanks for pointing me in the right direction to get that gauge pod. That setup looks great in these cars

Quick update already. Just took a drive about 30 mins total and the drone at cruising speed was nearly completely gone. I don't think the neighbors will like me starting the car in the mornings though lol

Yes. Oil temps on street and spirited driving never really reach past 215. On the track is different. Normally I back off at at 245 and just pit at that point but these past two track days I'm trying to get decent lap times in the 86 cup so I went an extra lap and reached about 255-260. If I went a full 20 minute session I'd overheat no doubt. My last two track days were 85+ and 100+ degrees outside. The laminova cooler definitely slows down the rapid oil temperature rising, but it is not sufficient in 85+ degree weather for 20 minutes or longer in my experience. Anything below 85 I'm in the clear. I'm going to be adding an additional air oil cooler to work in parallel with the PTuning laminova for these summer track days. I need the full sessions on the track.

Oh trust me I know, on my 3-6 hour drives to the tracks my ears are dead tired haha. I love the exhaust sound though, and I am still quieter than most other cat-less setups on the track. I start my car with the garage closed LOL - keeps the neighbors happy.

I do notice it's a little better with the windows down or cracked. The exhaust does sound good though. Is it that loud outside the car? Haha I haven't heard it from outside the car yet besides videos.

I haven't ridden in any other catless 3 inch exhaust turbo cars, but it's milder than I expected it to be. My previous car with a magnaflow catback seemed to be more obnoxious than this...
