It can if you're on an obsolete base map.

I doubt I'm on an obsolete base map. I'm using the moto East tune. In my head at least I'm thinking to do a pull it would be best to simulate a dyno... ie smooth, no tc interruption

Car started doing this a few days ago. Very annoying sound.

[ame="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JK6mp1cRZJs"]VID 20150417 233158 - YouTube[/ame]

Performance doesnt seem to be affected, however car almost didnt start this morning and it was doing a tiny knock-like sound for the first 10-15 seconds of actually moving but it went away, so I don't know. It looks terrible on idle now.

I checked Rotrex oil level and its on the first bar after minimum (been 4000KM only so I dont know what happened)

As for motor oil, I'Ve put Redline last week.

Any hints ?

A quick Google search reveals some challenges getting CARB on their previous kits. This particular one from the s2k forums was when Oscar Jackson was still part of KW. I'm guessing his knowledge back then transferred to them being able to get CARB approval for the JR kit.

The other day I romped on it and the car felt sluggish. I looked over at my failsafe gauge and the PSI (which is normally ~11psi) was at ~8psi. I figured that since my perrin motor mounts had shaken my oil cooler fittings and bolts loose that they had struck again. I took the bumper off and tightened up all the clamps on the piping and which got the PSI up to ~9. The car feels closer to normal, but still a bit slower than it was.

Any other ideas out there? Hoping the blower isn't shot, but it has gotten louder.
Well, the boost leak that I though I had isn't there. Its at the shop now and they're going to pull the system off and go through it. No rotrex oil in the intercooler piping, so the seals havent been leaking. But its down to 6.6 psi at red line now. So, maybe the blower IS dying? Which will probably be expensive...

For anyone running the High boost pulley on the C30 are you still using the stock map sensor or did you need a 4bar? Thanks for the help.

Doesn't rotrex blowers come with a warranty?

They do. It'll be interesting to see how it all plays out. Yes I'll post up the end result of all this. I'm working with Kraftwerks on options to replace the C30. Sounds like it's an internal part failure in the C30, but obviously wont know until they get it evaluated by rotrex. I got the car back from the shop last night after they went through it. There were no holes in the system to cause a boost leak. The supercharger is really screaming now, so I'm leaning towards an internal failure of the C30.
