just be careful of the kool-aid. seems like you "have" to be one camp or the other in those threads, consumer due diligence seems to be frowned upon.

Noticed you sold ur kW kit due to carb and I'm in the same boat. Still waiting for cosworth to see if they go carb if they don't most probably will be Jackson racing

I was considering a robispec radiator when i got the car.
But based on feedback on this forum i never ordered one.
The solution itself seems to work very good.
But the downside was delivery time was way to long, people had issues with leaks and bad customer service in general.

I might pull the trigger on the Skunk2 ultra radiator.
But i would like some more info on it.
Stuff like fitting sizes etc.

I am installing a kraftwerks kit, solutions that avoids having to stack even more coolers in the front would make the install alot cleaner.

I am currently using a mocal laminova cooler, it has worked great for me NA.
But i think it will be to small for a FI application.
I really like using liquid2liquid coolers, they heat the oil up faster on startup.
Overcooling wintertime is not an issue.
Hoses can be alot shorter compared to a air cooled setup.

In for any testing data, might go this route if it proves effective. I am a starting to overwhelm the Perrin oil cooler on track.

actually i didn't sell it yet. i do have a thread up, but i think i've only bumped it once or twice. i'm pretty much waiting for CARB approval, but I don't think that's ever gonna happen, so i'm just starting to think about dumping the kit in earnest.

i've ridden and driven both the KW and JR kits now, would be interested in hearing your experience switching kits to JR or Cosworth when it comes time. perhaps even Vortech...?

Ya will keep u updated on the route I take but will be avoiding vortech for sure but the three options are Jackson, Cosworth and edelbrock. Not in a rush, and it keeps me in street class for the cup which is good

I think forced induction is okay for street class. I'll be at the cup event in a couple weeks, so I've been considering putting the kit back on temporarily.

maybe he means you can run the lines to the factory heat exchanger on automatic transmission models to effectively act as an auto tranny cooler. But I don't see any reason why this can't be used as an oil cooler as well.

lol.. seems they're not interested in pushing their product, so little information I wouldn't want to deal with an RMA or some sort of problem. I'm sure you could use this to cool whatever you'd like.
