@TekPrime -his question, saving some time here.
"Would someone mind explaining how the roll center is adjusted on our double wishbone emulated multi link rear suspension? I'm looking to understand how the geometry changes under force. Thanks for your help!"

If you had to recommend a group or set of bushings to a beginner for upgrading, what would you say was the best bang for the buck to eliminate some o that elastic feeling in corners when grippier tires have been added. Is this one of those subjects where you should replace them all or you could do the rear subframe bushings then front control arms...? Thank you.

Front control arm (front) bushing. Whiteline ALK steering rack bushings Rear: trailing arm front crossmember inserts diff bushings rear upper control arm bushings (either the camber adjustable or the fixed) I bolded the ones I recommend most and are the better bang for the buck. The others are good too. Might as well do as many as you can stand at the same time since they're almost all kind of a pain to install. - Andy |

So I ended up taking your advice, I removed the Swift Sports springs replacing them with BRZ front springs and FR-S rear springs for the stiffest OEM springs possible.
Then I installed (or tried to) the Whiteline ALK, but I thrashed my ball joint boots in the process so I need to replace them now. No dealerships have them in stock, soonest they can get them is Wednesday. So I'm considering picking up the Whiteline roll center / bump steer kit just so I can get my car on the road today. But now that I'm at stock ride height, I know there won't be much benefit. My question is, will using the roll center kit HURT my handling at stock ride height? Or will I just not see much of a benefit? I'm fine having the kit installed because I sure as hell never want to take my control arms off again and I will probably go lower again in the future once I get money for proper coilovers, but I also don't want to spend time and money on a part that hurts my handling. Thanks for all your help, this thread is massively helpful to newbies like me. My other option is to wait 2-3 days for the dealership to get stock ball joints in. What do you think? |

I have those bushings as well- If one perceives it as "clearer feedback" than introduced NVH, then you'll love the mods |

That's really true. I have the subframe insets and rear UCA bushings and some would say NVH has definitely increased but I think it is just better connected to the road. However, I think its my limit so no more bushings for me as long as this remain my DD

I just saw that you guys carry the "Whiteline MOTORSPORT Front Lower Control Arm Assembly Kit", but there is no picture or description. Can you give us some more information on this? Have you had any experience with it on your cars?
