FR-S springs front and rear now installed.

I just put the FR-S springs on the front and rear now, with the Bilstein HD's on just the front. I wanted to feel how the FR-S rear springs felt before I put the springs on the Bilsteins. It's a good thing I got lazy and didn't change the rears, because the FR-S springs are too stiff. It rode better with the Bilstein's on the BRZ rear springs. Best so far is with FR-S front springs and struts with HKS Hypermax GT IV rears. I think it's possible to get a pretty decent ride at stock height with FR-S front springs and BRZ rears with Bilstein HD's front and rear. I'm going to give the current setup a couple of days to settle and evaluate, but I'm probably going to put the BRZ rears back on.
So, for those of you on a budget who want a good ride on the street for their daily driver, get FR-S front springs, BRZ rear springs and Bilstein B6 HD struts front and rear.

I find RCE yellow springs and Koni yellow shocks at full soft just as nice a ride, if not a little better that stock, and when I want harsher (better for cornering) I can easily turn the stiffness up.

Maybe if the suspension was anti-reversion it wouldn't suck so bad. Harharhar
@KoolBRZ is your next thread going to be about how the color yellow sucks? Then you can make a whole thread about changes and tweaks you can make to the color yellow in an attempt to make it better? ...Maybe you'll have more knowledge of that topic too? I mean, at least the beauty of the color yellow isn't subjective at all so you'll be standing on firm ground.

All jokes/flaming aside. Can you not see why everyone is giving you a hard time? Clearly your knowledge of the topic isn't that deep (again, no offense) and you're spending all this money and stirring all this s**t up on the board just to satisfy your 100000% subjective wants while claiming the BRz SUSpenSIon SUCKS!!!!! RAWRR!!!

Come on man, I think it would be time well spent if you did some in depth research of the basic workings of these things. Your theorizing is based on.....well.... your butt dyno that apparently works for torque/hp AND exacting suspension characteristics for things such as "performance" and "good handling".

it's a pretty cringeworthy thread, tossup in between his Anti Reversion header and his MAF Mystery ones.
