ran into the same problem for THREE days...
Quote:
Then it would say rescheduled. What it was, was that because of Christmas, they would remove the larger boxes from the trucks when they ran out of room and put them in containers. I finally got tired of expecting it to come and see the tracking info change and called them three times to get them to pull it out of the containers and I just picked it up at the distribution center. I have never heard of that... Exception??? I found these on googles... believe the term "exception" in their lingo just means that the shipment is not running on schedule. "Something happened." Could be the package is damaged or lost; could be the truck flipped over and rolled down an embankment off of I-95; could be the truck had a flat and didn't get to the airport in time to make the scheduled flight. I'm pulling for the flat tire and If you receive a message that your shipment has experienced an exception, then check the Shipment or Package Progress section in Tracking or Quantum View® Manage for details about changes in delivery schedule. An exception occurs when a package or shipment encounters an unforeseen event, which could result in a change to the expected delivery day. Examples of exception include: address unknown, damage to shipment, or signature not received. good luck! text me if you need anything or anything else powder coated... We have two powder coating machines now!

So the hood closes with only the front engine hook hitting the under hood panel. Not an issue.

You most likely need a push-type fan setup unless you mod the firewall. |

Huge update:
Transmission is in. Some gusset plates will brace the top to the sides, but overall it's done. The shifter linkage was welded together in this shot but it will be replaced with a new piece since it sits perfect. Pic showing ground clearance. Shifter lines up great. They're still working on placement for the beefcake radiator, but it's gigantic. Clearance with fans installed. |

awesome progress buddy!
great job on the trans tunnel mounts, and that rad is incredible. I got a used griffin rad of a similar size, so I'm glad to see it can fit in there somehow. excited to see what you do about the intercooler.

Send the praise to a buddy of mine @Ross , he's finishing up everything and is doing a fantastic job. I'm wheel/tire hunting right now so we'll see how things go. Thinking 17x9 +45 RPF1 daily. 275 ET Streets for the back should work. |
