Many thanks Bu-Tang, I've been wondering about this for months.

Install complete. Thanks again @shif7i7down! Car feels great. Gives it a nice extra kick. I should have dyno comparisons up in the next couple weeks.

pretty clean install. quick question though? what is that on top of your motor control box? it looks like an extra heat sink.

Thanks. Some type of affixed heat sink fins. Actually the top was covered with them, but some broke off during shipment.
Just noticed this one was without the AUX charger. I'll add an updated picture.

Garage
So, I had my car barely start yesterday, then drove off already forgetting about that.. I was at work for a couple hours, then got ready to leave, started my car and got weak lights, then a bunch of clicks, then nothing. I checked my Neg and Pos terminals and saw that the positive was getting loose (again). I tightened it by hand as good as I cood, but the Pos terminal kept pulling it loose since its pretty stiff with all the wires connected to it. I still couldn't start it and got a jump from someone. I msg'd Rob before I left back home and he responded within 20 min on what to check:
Check all connections to the battery - every single one. (I thought I had tightened everything firmly, but most of them were not really that tight from the original install)
Per Rob, a bad ground will cause the car to "click".
I also noticed that the average ESC voltage meter reading was dropping a little days prior to no connection. It had stormed here for three days and possibly contributed to the connection failures.
All this to say - double check all connections after original install!
Everything works great now.
BTW - I had the steering get super hard on me as the batt connection was failing.. it was a super sketchy on the winding road.. I got back home ok.
