I dunno but once my oil temps reach about 140 she's good to go. I still don't get on it until the oil reaches 175f.

Is it like that regardless of outside air temp?

It's worse while it's cold but even in the summer time it still does it to a less harsh degree. I live in south Texas so it's only been down in the high 30s so far. Just have to let it warm up for a bit. I use torque pro to see temps.

I've sent logs before while the car was cold and the revision I got helped a little. Whatever the case, I just let it warm up. Worst thing you can do to any car is to beat on it before it's warmed up.

Words of wisdom, I also use torque pro, best part is a woman's voice notifies me when the car is at operating temps lol

Yes he is, and he also does tuning....i believe he uses the dyno at race torque. I was told he's done a few sc installs/tunes with good results.

Please let us know how you get on. He isn't exactly like scali with proven credentials.

Well the bucking you are getting if you even feel it warmed up I would check for small vacuum leaks. Also check your short term fuel trims at idle, what are they. This is usually a sign of a small leak too.

Otherwise when cold my car has a light hesitation but that is,about it. Once warmed up past about 50 Celsius it runs smooth.

Now I do know I coukd play with the cams even more for cold and warm conditions but just have not focused on this tune lately. We have been focused on our Flash & Go map for all forced induction applications. I even have it working on the Innovate kits now too so you can read higher boost but it is a much different tune. Speed Density versus MAF based.

Cheers,

According to him they can smoothen but it'll always be there. I always thought a dyno tune would be best. So I left there slightly confused and not feeling very confident about using them

Going to speak to another tuner tomorrow. Plan is to bet boosted before xmas

Just throwing this out there. For the remainder on the 2014 calender year Delicious Tuning is offering a 100% money back guarantee on any new Innovate Supercharger tunes. We are confident you will not find a better tune from anyone in the world using EcuTeK and we will even state you will not find a better tune even from your local EcuTeK dyno tuner.

It is a big statement but we know the drivability is key to any tune on any car.

Will the MAF based Innovate tunes be phased out eventually in favour of the Flash&Go tunes only?
