I asked for more. You said you'd send. Didn't. Assured me they were new. Mint. And perfect. Had only been on your car for a week or so while garaged.

Here is now the other picture you sent me.

Which is not of the lights I received. The photo with my finger showing is up in on boxing the lights. And I contact you within a 36 hour period. Between me heading to work and the next morning when I sent these exact pics

Yes. And I spoke to buddy about that. And as said these are known defects that take about a month or more to get to the point it is at....

Buddy club said that it is impossible for that to happen in a week. It is caused by tons of Sun exposure, and rattling inside the shell over months of driving

I get where people like the idea of talking "face to face" "man to man" etc. But unfortunately in todays day and age you're better off having a record of any conversation where money can be involved.

I handle apartments and in my state wiretapping is illegal without the consent of the recorded. However written communication and voicemails clearly are a medium where consent is given to the recording at the time of message.

Therefore I try keep all communications when possible via text and save all voicemails from tenants.

It has saved my ass massively in legal matters. Being able to reference someones actual communication when an issue arises (especially with scumbags).

Always try conduct business in a way where records of all communication are kept (legally of course).

I guess the first mistake was buying anything Buddy Club, that's real shitty of the interior to warp like that from sun exposure or shipment. You'd think over time and use, brand new ones would do this too, right? To alleviate the issue between the two, why doesn't buyer go through the warranty process and seller refunds a small percentage of the sale?

That is exactly what I asked. I told seller, which I will post shortly that I would go through warranty and asked him refund a portion of the transaction price. He told me to mail em back and THEN he would send money.

Also in these pics it shows where Hunter told me his friend bought them new from Amazon for him, when I asked about any warranty or purchase info. As he was selling new, Mint, perfect products. Second picture is his friend telling me how Hunter sold me fucked up used lights.
