never did it in the 86 before but my other cars, camry, accord, rav4, man are they roomy. my gf old car was an slk and we made it work also but that required the roof to be down tho. I guessing if u have the back seats down, front seat all the way up, and you or she is an expert in yoga. happy experimenting

...anyways...I'm sure you could bring the front seats all the way up and pull the back seats down. Then put down a nice Hippie blanket and go at it. Sure you'll have your bodies pressed up against each other but most people like that kind of thing. I'd be afraid of messing up the fabric personally.
