FR-S production review embargo ends soon

It appears the current embargo on FR-S reviews coming from Scion's Las Vegas fly-n-drive test sessions for NA journalists that were held this week will lift sometime next week. Aaron Gold blogged about the test session from Vegas on the 19th, promising a full report next week. And a Jalopnik writer stated in a Scion-related article on Friday that "I was out in Vegas this week, driving a certain rear-wheel drive Scion I'll be talking about in much more detail next week."

Has anybody seen this video yet?

It's Ken Gushi driving the FR-S at that event.

edit: This is from when our regional reps went out to Vegas to drive it. I just read that article from up top and I guess the press got to drive it Thursday?

Yet more drifting. Y-a-w-nnnn.

Maybe it's more fun doing it than watching it.

I mostly just like that 180 burnout he does to start off. I think that's proof that the car isn't underpowered. I mean you can see just how easily 2.0 Boxer slings the car around.

You may be right, provided he didn't drop the clutch at 7000 rpm to break the wheels loose.

Yay. More video of Ken Gushi hooning around.

I can't wait for this embargo to be over so maybe we can see some real driving and actual lap times.

If Toyota did that, they'd be forever dead to me, desecrating the Supra name like that.
