swap the BRZ out for a 240 then SR20 swap it then drive it off a cliff

unique snowflake syndrome
thanks to the internet, you have available to you pictures and info on every single cool 86 in the entire world. maybe a handful of people have LSx swapped 86's, and a couple more than that have 2JZ swaps. out of the tens of thousands of 86's worldwide. if that's too "played out" for you, you're going to have to come up with an engine swap that's so nonsensical that nobody else in the entire world is going to want to bother with it. if LSx and JZ swapped 86's are "too played out" for you, show me how many people have them in your city. hell, even your state. do you go to car meets and see three of them there already? you can already pick between BRZ or FRS, a bunch of different colors, there's at least a half dozen widebody options already, tons and tons of different lighting available, a plethora of other aero parts, and between 5x100 and 5x114 you've got a lot of choices for wheels. if you can't come up with a unique 86 you're a fool.

Maybe your friend should decide what motor he wants and then go from there, with enough money and determination im sure he could buy a motor from an F1 team and cram that in the car. |
