Wow im kind of concerned, I have a set of konis about to go on my car. I was gonna go with the bilsteins but the konis were a few hundred less and offer adjustment. Im going to be using the stock springs , just a hotchkis front sway.... im keeping the car is CS for autocross and i thought the ability to adjust the dampening would give me alittle bit of tuning options, I really dont want to deal with this kind of bullshit. I hope these were just installed incorrectly.

I would suggest compressing the shocks a few times and adjusting the settings with the tool a few times before you install on the car.

Well. I just heard back from Koni and these are being replaced under warranty. So that's good. Hoping to keep these alive for at least another year. lol
