I love how the Camaro looks, but it is nowhere near as fun as the FRS. If the FRS is a 10, then the Camaro is a 3. I haven't researched it as much. I will go drive a Mustang tomorrow.
My husband is now against the idea of the FRS. I might just say fk it and get a BRZ or FRS with lower miles and hope for the best.

That's how I ended up with the FR-S. BMW was a nightmare (even though I want one more than the FR-S tbh), same with Mercedes's electronics.
Yeah, I was thinking 3 series BMW, but no more nice cars. The worst car for reliability I have owned is my XJ8 Jaguar. It's a beautiful car, but was destroyed at 60k, with like 8k of maintenance over a few years.

If you are "powering down" you might look at a power retractable hard top Miata.....

All the research I did pointed to 3-series' imploding a few 1000 miles after warranty. Ain't nobody got time fo' that.

you didn't drive it enough, I was out after a few wks (after I purchased it) and figured out how and where the sport mode kicks in.. most people wont take this out on a small canyon run on a test drive - but you should. - if they did they would fall in love with the AT . I sure did because the dealer lady was great and we were out for over an hr.

I was on the FZ-09 site, and our bikes have developed some kind of ticking. It's a first year bike. I can kind of understand where you guys are coming from. I'm so in love with my bike that I would not care what it did as long as it could be fixed. Oh the irony.

Don't buy the car thinking the funny noises can be fixed, because they probably can't (at least not permanently). There isn't anything to fix because they aren't actually broken.

You mean this one?

[ame="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nissan_SR20DET"]Nissan SR20DET - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia[/ame]

Aren't those all turbos at 7-9 psi boost? If so, then apples and oranges. I can make lots of torque out of the twins with a turbo/supercharger setup.

Could be worse

Just test drove a V6 Mustang with an upgraded rear gear ratio, it was 3:9something. I drove there in a Prius. We drove a bunch of miles. Well, it was easy to drive, no clutch issues. As boring as my Prius. Really.
I wasn't thrilled with the Camaro either. And these are both 300+ hp cars. They are just boring. I think I might just take my chances with your fuel pump etc. The FRS/BRZ is such a better car even with it's 200 hp. So I go back to my original premise here- holy sh!t how does this thing only have 200hp??!?!
