Licenses are really easy to obtain now. In 2014 they introduced online licenses where you can print at home.

that's what i asked in that thread too

glad i'm not the only one thinking 8 is sort of late.......it's already getting dark, and hard to see anything

or it could be just my old eyes

This. That area is very lit up. Probably the brightest spot in all of scarborough which is why a lot of car meets are held there.

Considering how many of these cars I see around I'm surprised there isn't anything organized like that old 240sx meets I used to go to, and that was 10 years after they stopped making them.
