That intercooler has some serious lean on it like the radiator and condensor does. Is it secured to the bumper beam? I know I mounted my Full Blown intercooler in a more vertical position. No T bolt clamps I see. Did you pull the bumper for another reason? My guess is to install your boost tap in that coupler coming off the turbo.

Exactly why. Yes the intercooler has tabs that bolt it up solid. It's tilted such that it can be a bit taller without being blocked by (or requiring cutting) the crash beam.
