Ethanol mandate by our congress, all fuel at the pump has to have at least 10% ethanol in it.

@RyanITV @APS86 - Most of the jitter problems you're describing can likely be smoothed out tuning.

Might've found it, tossed a zip tie on the fitting that leads from the intake elbow to the brake booster, seems to be staying in the 12.3-12.7 range now at WOT. Hard to say for sure because the roads are a mess from the snow so WOT usually results in massive amounts of wheel spin. I'll keep my eyes on it over the next couple days until i get my first update on this tune from you.

I finally got all of the air out of the system and my coolant bottle is staying right at the full mark. Been horsing around with it all day (safely and only straight line pulls) and it's a blast!

I got my 72.5mm @Raceseng pulley. Looks great!

BTW - how do you guys bleed all the air out? Just turn the car on and squeeze the lines?

Pretty much, just keep an eye after driving too as that will move the air through the system. I reckon 2-3 weeks of driving will have all the air out the system.

Or in my case (since we had to stop for 5 days right before we were about to finish things up), i just added more every 12 hours or so, by the time it warmed up enough for us to finish working no it we had about 2/3's of the fluid already in the system

Just a hot tip for anyone installing the intercooler...... Put the small hose that fits on the plastic 90 for the heat exchanger on first before you actually mount the heat exchanger. That line was an absolute bitch for me to get on....even with the heat exchanger out of the car!

that line was clearly undersized for the fittings to which it attaches. When @civicdrivr and i have the bumper off to install the robispec radiator/oil cooler I will be replacing it with a properly sized hose.

If you would have read back a bunch of pages, I made mention of that.

Must have missed it. I even bored one end out with a drill bit (by hand) and it still didn't help.

Its really cold here in NY so the line didn't want to move much, so I heated it up with my heat gun for a bit then I used some lube to shove it in there. I got it on just enough to feel comfortable putting the clamp on it far enough up on the fitting.

I forgot to mention that to the Innovate rep, I will mention it.
