I got them, I love them pretty solid design and i don't see why there is a need to buy ones that cost 600+$ anymore.

PBM are all good. The 11/10ths crowd will question them. "Who has won a race using PBM before" this type of bullshit.

Ask anyone that has used PBM before, see if they have anything bad to say about them. I had them on my s15, couldnt fault them. I've had/have Tein, RSR, Whiteline, on my 86, and can pick holes in all of it.

I must say, I hate the electronic power steering with a passion.

I took a corner and counter-steered when it slid out but when I straightened out, the response was half a second behind. It really feels like someone else is trying to take over the wheel. It was sketch.

With VSC sport mode on, the steering feels more natural but the traction control stays on. I want to know if there's a way to turn of the electronic steering assist and the traction control all together. Anybody else in the same boat?

Pull the abs fuse. You don't need any aids, including abs, when drifting.

I never had this feeling in 20+ drift day, plus lapping session... really maybe you did something wrong and didn't realize it?

Thanks for the input. I did try that, but some reason it wouldn't rev above 4k and the steering was way too tough.

Funny enough, it worked somehow after we put the fuse back in. A couple runs into the day, the abs and stability control light came on, and the steering felt more natural. I couldn't take the traction control off even when holding down the button for 5 seconds, but when I when for a run, it was already off. It was great, but after the event the lights turned off, and everything went back to normal. If there was a way to manually set the car that way, it would be golden!

I agree, when I'm at a drift event it doesn't seem to bother me as much, just when I do a quick power over around a corner somewhere.

Pedal dance it, even with all the aides off the tcs will still try to give grip to the fronts. When I do doughnuts I feel it doing weird stuff with the front wheels. I just cant get the pedal dance down which sucks

You didn't pull the right fuse. It's called the abs no2 fuse. It's green.

In that case, your experiences aren't lining up with what I have experienced. So it's hard to advise you further.

Pulling the abs fuse does not give the car any reason to do the things it has done to you. All you have done is disable the systems ability to determine if there is a problem, so it therefore will never action (or aid) anything.

Unless usdm cars are different, but I'm sure this would already be known of it were the case.
