There's a link to my thread on the up pipe. Several of the pieces in this kit are complete garbage. I don't know who the hell taught one of the welder's at FA20Club to weld (or wherever they source the welding out to?) but they need to be fired.

So set aside Toni being a liar and taking forever to ship, lets look at the quality of the kit:

Up pipe is garbage welds.
All exhaust flanges are garbage welds.
K&N Filter came in smashed.
Turbo doesn't come tapped/drilled for wastegate line.
Oil drain line doesn't come assembled.
No vacuum lines included for wastegate, etc.

To be honest, it looks like the R&D behind the kit is there. It just looks like they need to find somebody who knows how to weld and find somebody who knows how to manage a business. Not sure where that leaves Toni..
Complaints Department?
Public Relations?
No.. I know... SALES!!

Well, the car is running. Driving it (gently) up for a tune tomorrow night. I'll post a long review of it in a few days.. right now all I can say is never will I buy anything from FA20Crap again.

I did learn something from all this though.. Just because they are a forum vendor and have a nice looking website - doesn't mean shit.

I won't be purchasing anything from FA20Club ever again, either.

They have ZERO, ZERO, ZERO concept of customer service.

VERY Late shipments, missing parts, fitment issues, shoddy craftsmanship.

I recently gave them a shot to redeem themselves from my crappy modular header ordering experience this last year... all they did was solidify their place in my mind: worst vendor I've dealt with, hands-down.

This is in no way disagreeing with anything said here. I'm just sharing MY experience.

I've had a great experience with FA20club. We did a mobile tune on my supercharged setup and it's been amazing. I have given the car HELL. I mean it. I've done six 2-day track days, drifted it...A LOT, and even drove it across the country with zero issues or even the slightest hiccup. That's all.

Refund

I've been waiting on a refund for a month for my turbo kit. Been really getting a lot of reassurances from them but no money!

So no kit and no money... bad news man

$4620.95 via Paypal

I have no recourse with Paypal or the Credit Card company at this point. The only option remaining appears to be legal proceedings. They have been very disingenuous in their dealings with me on this matter for months now. All I want it my money back which they have assured me I will get... but that's been every week for 2 months. At a certain point you feel like a sucker who has been taken advantage of.

So you utilized the PayPal dispute process. How did that go?

Ryan is correct. The 45 day period was up by the time I realized I wasn't going to get the balance of the product. I would Highly recommend people pay with credit card if your company has a longer dispute period.

Damn I didn't realize they had a limit. That definitely won't work for any FA20Club purchases. I guess it also empasizes only purchasing items that you know are in stock and can get within the time period. If you don't get the product in a reasonable time, file the dispute. My advice at this point is to continue to keep in contact with Toni and remain level headed and he will keep selling parts and hopefully get you the refund you deserve.

Yea I didn't either until I got hosed with it haha. Toni had however finally gotten around to sending me another shipment. With any luck it includes all my missing parts. Preferably the correct ones as well.
